For REALTORS®

What can an Authorized Photographer access?

Authorized Photographers can manage:

  • Photos
  • Floor plans
  • Videos
  • Virtual tours

They cannot make other changes to a listing.

How do I give my photographer access to my listing?

When adding or editing a listing, you can select an approved Authorized Photographer from the dropdown menu. Access is limited to the listings you designate.

Can my photographer have an assistant?

Do I need a contract with my photographer?

Yes. REALTOR® subscribers are expected to have a signed agreement with their Authorized Photographer. The agreement should establish the terms of your business relationship, including services, fees, and rights to use the photographs.

Global MLS is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for contractual obligations between photographers and subscribers.
