Learn how to access CRS Data’s MLS Tax Suite from your MLS and navigate within the product.  We will take you through the MLS Tax Suite and cover simple searching skills, and sharpen your skills with advanced and map searching.  Then, it’s on to the property report, pointing out the many layers of information contained and linked to the report, including maps and layers, and how to leverage this data.  We will take a quick break and move on to CMAs and prospecting. We will walk through the options for creating a CMA, producing a client report, and diving into the quick CMA tool. Both options will display sales through your MLS as well as other transfers of ownership. Using location and property characteristics and leveraging the home improvement value, now it’s on to the power of prospecting with the MLS Tax Suite! You will learn to select your criteria using filters and maps and filter results further. We will finish up with options for your results including creating labels, mailing lists, and, or exporting your results all while pointing out all power in end user customizations, it’s just that easy join me and leave a pro!
