To ensure that websites will have the latitude and longitude values in their feed, you need to click the “Validate Map” link on your listing and ensure the “Geocode Quality” is at least 0.95.

Without manually moving the pin on the map, the highest the geocode quality will be is 0.95. If you move the pin on the map at all (even just 1 pixel over), the geocode quality will update to 1.00, which means that you have manually designated that spot as the correct location for the property.

This action will ensure that the data will transfer over to websites that are pulling the latitude and longitude data.
