After considerable review and consideration of various MLS vendors, the systems, and the industry’s current climate, the Global MLS, Inc. Board of Directors is pleased to announce the move to a new MLS platform in 2022.

GMLS has contracted with FBS, Inc. to offer Global MLS members the Flexmls platform as of January 1, 2022. Many elements were weighed during the review and negotiation process with a great deal of deliberation focused on the future of GMLS, and the thousands of participants and subscribers working in the 800+ offices.

Flexmls is a fully mobile system offering a modern, easy-to-use system with continuity between a cell phone, desktop, or tablet while providing the immediate syncing of live listing information and access to all of the users’ contacts and saved searches. The Flexmls app for homebuyers will help members build client relationships through effective branding and built-in messaging for easy communication.

GMLS will continue to provide ancillary MLS services currently available – Supra, Digital Ink, CRS, etc. for use in your day-to-day operations.

The MLS staff will commence data conversion work with FBS in early June. Your access to Paragon, accompanying reports, and other connected tools will not be interrupted during this process.
