Listing Notification Forms are required to be uploaded to each listing in the Global MLS

Listing notification forms have been required to be completed for each listing since becoming the Global MLS.  In May of 2020, the LNF was required to be uploaded to each listing as a SECURE document within 72 hours of making the listing live.  GMLS is auditing and fining for this violation. ​
